Lydia

Lydia

Center Coordinator

Lydia has been around children her entire life, but fell in love with the field of ABA in 2023. She became an RBT in 2023 and became a Center Coordinator in 2024. Lydia believes that the keys to a well-functioning workplace are employee satisfaction, client success, and a positive culture. She achieves these by utilizing her experience as an RBT and applying ABA principles towards her admin responsibilities.

In her free time, Lydia enjoys camping, arts and crafts, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Crash!

Ciara

Ciara

BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Ciara has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2017 across a variety of settings. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to growing professionally and learning new ways to support individuals receiving ABA services. She enjoys partnering with families to promote the generalization of skills and empower caregivers with the tools they need to support their child’s growth and development.

At Echoix, Ciara is dedicated to ensuring that the skills taught are both meaningful and functional for each client. She values creating individualized behavior intervention plans that incorporate strategies grounded in behavioral function while remaining practical and effective in everyday life. Ciara considers herself compassionate, committed, and dedicated to operating with honesty and respect. She strives to create opportunities for collaboration not only with caregivers but also with each client’s team of providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to services. Drawing on her background and expertise in behavior analysis, she tailors programming to meet each client’s unique needs while always keeping the client’s best interests at the forefront.

In her free time, Ciara enjoys hiking with her dog, Vader, and playing guitar.

Steffy

QASP-S Clinical Supervisor

Steffy first discovered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while working within Hawaii’s Department of Education in 2019. She quickly developed a strong passion for functional communication training and teaching adaptive skills. She enjoys incorporating English, Spanish, and American Sign Language (ASL) when appropriate to support her clients’ communication needs.

In her free time, Steffy enjoys cooking for her family, immersing herself in Deaf culture alongside her daughter, and doing nails for loved ones. Echoix aligns closely with her core values and fundamental principles, making it a meaningful place for her to grow professionally.

Steffy’s goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) so she can continue supporting families through compassionate care while training others in ethical, assent-based practices.

Bonnie

Bonnie

Senior RBT of Operations

Bonnie was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2019 and has since had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally within the field. One of the things she enjoys most about ABA is how rewarding it is. She values being part of a team that witnesses the daily progress of the children they serve. Through ABA, she has the privilege of seeing each child’s growth firsthand, and she believes that kind of impact is truly unmatched.

Bonnie’s current goal is to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and eventually work as a school nurse, where she can continue supporting and serving young learners. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and family, going for walks, and participating in arts and crafts activities.

Sam

Sam

Senior RBT of Team Development and Culture

Sam has been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2022 and is originally from Oklahoma. What Sam loves most about ABA is that every challenge is an opportunity to learn. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, which is what makes the work so meaningful. When one method does not work, she adjusts, gets creative, and keeps trying until she finds what does.

Sam never gives up on her clients, and seeing their growth as a result of that persistence is incredibly rewarding.

One of the reasons Sam loves Echoix is because its values genuinely align with her own. Empowerment is important to her because she believes her role is to help clients build the skills and confidence needed to become as independent as possible. Commitment means showing up consistently for clients, their families, and her team while always giving her best effort.

Sam and her husband have two dogs named Zeke and Milo.

Melora

Melora

Mel began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2021 after working as an early childhood educator since 2016. She earned her bachelor’s degree in human development and Family Studies before completing her master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Arizona State University. Mel currently serves as a Student Intern at ECHOIX Pediatric Therapy.

Mel is passionate about fostering an environment that promotes diversity, collaboration, and integrity throughout the clinic. She draws on her experience in both education and ABA to support staff, clients, and their families, creating opportunities for learning, growth, play, and creativity.

Outside of work, Mel enjoys camping, practicing photography, and spending quality time with family and friends.
